Box Office Opening Times

Saturday: 9.30am - 2pm

Sunday: CLOSED
On performance days our Box Office is open half an hour before the performance begins.

We currently do not offer bookings over the phone.

Concessions & Discounts
​
The Rhyl Little Theatre are committed to making tickets as affordable as possible for as many people as possible and try to offer the best prices for admission. Concessions and discounts are offered at the discretion of the company involved.
If concession is available to book, we offer discount for:

Over 60s
Proof of eligibility may be required upon ticket collection.

Payment Methods

Tickets can be paid for by credit/debit card or cash. Please note we do not except £50 notes or cheques.

Fees
​
Booking online via TicketSource will be subject to a booking fee. To avoid this please book in person at our box office.

Babes in Arms Policy
​
For the majority of productions, children aged 2 and under are not required to purchase a ticket provided they sit on a parent's/guardian's knee. Certain visiting companies will stipulate their own policy which differs to ours. If this is the case it will be clearly indicated on the event page prior to booking.

Terms and Conditions

No tickets refunded (Booking Protect is offered at the point of sale (Online Only). If you took out this policy please read the Terms and Conditions in your confirmation email).

Tickets may be exchanged for tickets of the same price for the same show series.

Tickets can only be refunded in the event that the performance is cancelled. Tickets will be refunded at face value, excluding fees and postage.

In the event of a cancelled performance, The Rhyl Little Theatre will not be liable for additional travel or accommodation expenses.

Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void.

Please carefully check the theatre, date and time printed on your ticket as mistakes cannot always be rectified after the booking has been confirmed.

The management reserves the right to amend the programme or artistes without notice. In these instances, The Rhyl Little Theatre is not obliged to refund the ticket or exchange for another performance.

If you arrive later than the advertised start time then you may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before you can take your seat. This may be the interval.

Management reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder permission to the premises.

Cameras, recording devices, glass and crockery are not permitted in the auditorium.

Tickets for unreserved events cannot be re-issued if lost.

On rare occasions the performance or public areas may be filmed, sound recorded or photographed. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming, sound recording and/or photography of yourself as a member of the audience and possible subsequent broadcasts/publication.

Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off at all times in the auditorium.

Any alcohol not purchased on the premises will be confiscated.

Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Please contact the Box Office for further details.
